1st of August 2009, the Philippines mourn the lost of President Corazon Aquino death, a TV host of a noon time show, request to remove a live video footage shown side by side with his program. These acts spark a debate among TV viewers. The remarks are called by many as arrogant and disrespectful. People have called the attention of the authorities. There had been a petition to discipline the said TV host.

The authorities have called the remarks as "unethical".

If the remarks are said to any person maybe the feedback will be not the same. But the remarks are given to a Former President of the Philippines, the icon of people power and democracy. She's not any other person, the whole world respected her. The TV host should be more sensitive to time.

Can the remarks of the said TV host be included as "freedom to express?"
