When is the last time you call for help? Call an ambulance, and send somebody to the hospital?

In the United States of America, you can call 911. But not all emergency is in America. If you're in the Philippines you can also call a number (which I will not write here) for emergency.

There are limits to calling for emergency in the Philippines. You must first find a line phone, cell phone also can be use, if you have load.

We have been advice, that one cause of phone service interruption is "cable problem", no not the low quality cable thing, but the lost of copper wire cables. Yes is rampant here in the Philippines, very sad indeed.

Just this time, while am writing this article. I called Digitel hotline 1710 and follow-up my phone (which is offline since October 26, 2007). Yes it's really, frustrating its November 19, 2007 one month already and my phone is not online.

Imagine that… no phone for a month.

If you think that's bad enough, try the broadband from the same company… I been billed even without a broadband connection, luckily there's some good staff that handles my rebate.

I was told that I have to pay for 2 years, because that's in the contract. No broadband, but theres bill for it. :(
